Central LHIN's 2008 Health Service Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis (SNAGA) project was initiated to help us identify the long-term health needs in the LHIN, the types of health care services we are able to deliver today and the types of health care services we need to be able to deliver in the future. The information in SNAGA has been key as we move ahead with development of our Integrated Health Service Plan 2010-2013, which will guide our activities over the next three years.
