HAPS and H-SAA

Ontario's LHINs are required under the Local Health Services Integration Act, 2006, to negotiate service accountability agreements with the health service providers they fund.

Central LHIN has worked collaboratively with its hospitals and has successfully negotiated and signed 2010-11 Hospital Service Accountability Amending Agreements (H-SAAs) with our seven public and three private hospitals.

HAPS 2010-2012 Guidelines

The HAPS Guidelines for 2010-12 are designed to increase the clarity of expectations between the hospitals and the LHINs, to support consistency across the province wherever appropriate and to ensure that information requested will add value to the submission.
