Community Accountability Planning Submissions (CAPS) and Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreements (M-SAA)
Ontario's LHINs are required under the Local Health Services Integration Act, 2006, to negotiate service accountability agreements with the health service providers they fund.
Central LHIN successfully worked with our health service providers in the community sector to complete their Community Annual Planning (CAPS), which resulted in signed 2014-2017 Multi-Sector Accountability Agreements (M-SAAs) with our community sector health service provider partners. This sector includes Community Support Services, Community Care Access Centres, Mental Health and Addiction Services and Community Health Centres.
