Policies, Directives, Resources (all sectors)

Community Sector (M-SAAs)

Includes: community health centres, community support services, and mental health and addictions.

Long-Term Care Homes (L-SAAs)

The Central LHIN has service accountability agreements with 45 LTC Homes.

HSP Integration

Information on options to integrate health services to advance the provision of appropriate, coordinated, effective and efficient health care.
